Richard Dale Clarke, President
Licensed Benefits Consultant / BC and ALTA
Dale started in the insurance industry in 1984 as a general insurance agent and eventually ended up owning his own insurance business. Dale specialized in commercial and liability insurance. After he sold his general insurance business, Dale joined Pacific Employee Benefits in 2009, specializing in group benefits and retirement plans. He became president of the company in 2015. Married with three children and three grandchildren, Dale has been living in the Bulkley Valley area for over 30 years. When not working or volunteering in the community, he enjoys spending his spare time studying or instructing karate at the local dojo or strumming on a guitar. He also enjoys travelling with his family any chance he can get.
Reneé Couture, Partner
Chief Operations Manager
Renee’s journey with Pacific Employee Benefits started in 2003 as a group benefits claims adjudicator and customer service specialist. Over the next few years her role evolved to include our group retirement platform and overseeing the day to day tasks of our team. She has extensive experience implementing new plans as well as providing ongoing service and support to our existing clients. In 2017 Renee became a partner and is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Pacific Employee Benefits. In her spare time, you can find her camping, fishing, travelling with her family or enjoying time with her Bernese Mountain dog, Willow.
Joanne Green, Partner
Licensed Benefits Consultant for Vancouver Island, BC
Joanne started in the insurance industry over 25 years ago. She has an extensive background in many aspects of the insurance industry including general, commercial and accident and sickness insurance. Joanne joined our PEB team in 2015 as our Vancouver Island Representative. In the spring of 2020 Jo became a managing partner for Pacific Employee Benefits Vancouver Island (PEB-VI). Joanne truly values her relationships with her clients. Her expertise is being able to find the best solution and plan designs for both large and small businesses. When Jo’s not driving up and down the island to meet with her clients, she can be found either on the beach or in the woods walking her two Great Danes, or hosting large dinner parties for her family and friends.
Nikki Royer
Licensed Group Benefits Specialist
Nikki joined our team in 2017 and works with the administering and quoting of our insured plans. She is also responsible for new plan implementation as well as providing on going service for existing plans. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys camping and hiking in the beautiful Bulkley Valley and long walks with her two border collies.
